Lahti Science Day is a free science event open to everyone. The event is aimed at the general public, students, Lahti science community, and its stakeholders. Science Day highlight the results and relevance of the research and development carried out in or about Päijät-Häme.
Lahti Science Day will take place on 12th November 2024 at 9-16 at the Niemi Campus (Mukkulankatu 19, 15210 Lahti).
We welcome propositions for scientific presentations, posters and whole sessions. All abstracts will be submitted using the same online form. The deadline for abstracts is September 8, 2024.
The event is good for networking and a chance to present your own research/development work to a new audience.
The event is organised by LUT University, University of Helsinki, LAB University of Applied Sciences, Lahti University Campus and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences at Vierumäki Campus, and Päijät-Häme Joint Authority for Health and Wellbeing.
This is an on-site event and all the presenters will be on-site in Lahti. This year we will be slightly revising the concept, so we cannot accept as many submissions as in previous years.
