Lahti Science Day is the largest free and open annual science event in the region. This year Science Day is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The twentieth Science Day will be held at the Niemi Campus (Mukkulankatu 19, Lahti) on 24th of November 2022.
The event is aimed at the general public. The purpose is to explore a wide spectrum of research and development activities carried out in the Päijät-Häme region, and also to assess how this work promotes business and well-being in the area.
The themes of the Science Day are well-being, environment, vibrant region and appeal from design. The program will be published in October. It will consist of themed sessions and key note speeches.
The Call for Papers is open! Deadline for abstracts is September 16. For more information and abstract submission click here. In addition to individual presentations, it is possible to suggest a whole session for the Science Day.
